    'pooter desk...

not sure where else to put this, anyway planning a trip to ikea for bits/bobs and need a decent computer desk, current one is a bit pants (it has a pull out drawer but its so old mice weren't around at the time so have to slide board sideways to use both). perhaps might need a chair too - i recall somewhere doing those swivel ones for ~£30...?
can anyone recommend anything? nothing massive just the sort to hold pc, monitor (tft), key/b and mouse...perhaps the odd drawer to stuff cds and bits in to keep it all nice and tidy looking. ta

Someone I know bought a corner desk from Ikea about 2-3 months ago. Not bad for the price (around £35 I think).

Can find out details if you are interested.

wow! think the lian-li is a little out of my budget!!
might take a look at that jerker one though...for all the ridicule I'll get.
as for chairs think I'll see what they've got.

ah yes, Viking office supplies, that was it...they had those £30 chairs. I'll have a look there too

Had a look there miself after the £30 squid chairs thought might be a goodun.....all seems a bit too much money.

Found Derek (god knows who he is [proper jerker] ???) he has one and it has an inset front....
still pondering this one miself. Hell i need one as am stuck with the one that was in the room in new house

I swear it is the same one without the top DVD rack.... and i'm not a small girl on last checking so more leg room necessary mi thinks
