Ok, i just cooked 2x chicken breasts and a plate of rice. a silly amount for 1 man, after the first breast as much as i was enjoying it i was starting to feel full. I went to go get a glass of squash, downed it, came back, and my hands are starting to shake and i cant stop eating. I sweating and it a real weird feeling
jsut wanna know if u had this before. I have eaten sufficeintly all day

Could be a panic/anxiety attack. These are usually triggered by something registering at the subconscious level. You could try a brisk 10-minute walk (I know it's probably raining) just to get the adrenaline out of your bloodstream. I wouldn't worry about it too much unless it starts to happen regularly.
Gustatory reflex. Your blood flow is diverted from the brain etc and down to the apparatus for digestion. A large meal and overextended stomach will push this reflex further making you feel ill.

Sounds similar to a panic attack. A weird feeling where? If it's in the torso area that could be palputations which would explain the sweat and shaking hands. If it was a panic attack then you're lucky to have gotten away with it, they're not nice
