It's simple maths.

All to do with mulitples of 9. Basically, when you do this you'll always end up with a multiple of 9.

Now look at the chart:

9 - what symbol is it?

18 - what symbol is it?

27, etc...


Note if you refresh it, the symbols change...

Of course... doh! I hadn't realised that the pictures against the numbers changed each time. Very clever though, and still pretty cool!!

nay, i checked with calculator...plus the maths wasn't that hard. I chose 68, 6+8 = 14, 68-14 = 54...
check symbol for 54 hit button, symbol not the same = it got it wrong!

although I clocked it straight away - you can see the pattern in the symbols against numbers anyway
numbers ending in these digits going up
0, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
start at 0 then 9, then 18 then 27 etc...

i dont think it got it wrong you just were looking at the wrong symbol for the number.
try the number again.
