What are you having for Christmas Lunch this year?

I've started thinking about Christmas now - and inevitably food springs to mind. Again this year I have launched the pro-goose campaign and yet again my family has jumped in saying it's not traditional enough - we're having turkey again

So I just wondered what youse folk are planning on eating this coming Christmas time.

meat, generally, is a good thing at christmas

well probably have turkey (voted) but there will be a lot of other stuff because it's going to be a kind of bring-a-bit-of -anything type afair. There are also going to be a few vegetarians so i#m predicting some baked salmon and my autie's vegetable flan.

I don't care what it is as long as my mom makes it. I've been on a cold deli meat diet for the last 5+ months. I can't wait to go home and eat some real food.

I do all the cooking for me and the wife, so this year we will be mostly eating duck for xmas dinner

Turkey & Beef - We have the family round so usually 2 meats on offer. What can I say, I don't complain

Usually turkey +pork, + sausagemeat in bacon, anyone who does it with sausages is just lazy, they taste so much nicer with sausagemeat.

Trying to convince the parents to have a goose as ive never had it.

Cant wait for sausage meat wars in tescos, people raiding other peoples trolleys and the like.

Think it was last year that due to the overcrowded nature of the town pre Christmas I gave up on shopping, and ended up with cold baked beans on ryvita. That and lots of whisky.
