Hates of 2005 [add your own]

    Hi peeps

right since finding a US version of 2005 hates,
i thought of a good idea of making our own perhaps we can submit our own 2005 annoyances with what happened in 2005 in all aspects [from entertainment to pure dumbness]

    well here it goes....

1- How many times you see Ringtone adverts on every single Music channel on Sky/Cable
2-07/07/05 - grip those responsible and beat them up !
3-The PSP rage- that sony screwed up on stock numbers
4-Xbox 360 hype all blown into preportion reading about how the console can lock and overheat itself
5-how many times "The Way To Armillo" was played within 2005
6-The nagging /hype of Bird Flu -when it hasnt even come into france yet!
7-All the slagging off about Freddie Flintoff when he did his part to win us the Ashes
    8-Jamie Oliver!!!!
    9-Hurricane Katrina
10-The Tsunami at the beginnign of the year
11-Anything connected to Kate Moss's Coke story

Our office did a charity video version for children in need so I fully agree with you there.

I have now also stopped watching music channels due to the amount of ad's!

Damn live 8 stuff. Is there anything more selfish that sitting in hide park listening to music and been like "I care about 3rd world people"..... No, no you don't, if you gave a flying **** about because the amount you spent on transport to get there would of been enough marlia/aids/paracetamol to make a few hundread to thousand people still stay allive (i know somoene who spent £180 to fly up to london!).

Anyone who is endorcing our quality of life and has that Make Poverity History campain stuff.

Anyone who subscribes to a charity for fassion, this seams to of come to such a head in 2005. I'm not saying you shouldn't be able to have fun helping others, just that you shouldn't be pretending to help others for it.

The continuing decline of society and the world in general.

    The continued farce in Iraq.

The insane amount of Natural disasters.

    The London Bombings.

    The United States Of America.

All the new stupid Console Vs. PC arguments starting all over again - dont people ever learn?

    DRM gone mad.

Crazy frog, but not the Cricket, that was ace And my respect for Jamie Oliver actually increased slightly in 2005.

    Blu-ray Vs HD-DVD - anyone really care?

Still not being able to get Broadband.

    The motorola v3 razr.

Oh yeah, and LIST's. TV 100's greatest xxxxx and lists in general

Time for another....Little issues that annoy the hell out of you thread!

After the runaway success that was my last effort at group therapy http://forums.hexus.net/showthread.php?t=18935 I thought it was a good idea to usher in the new year with another opportunity to rant at those seemingly minor niggles that really get on your nerves.

So, I will begin with ROP (thats Random Old People) who just come to complete halt in town/at the top of the escalator causing everyone behind them to pile up whilst trying to avoid crushing the old dear.

Next up are young female Chavs with pushchairs who use their children as a battering ram to get through areas of heavy foot traffic, it seems that they believe that the fact that they are able to reproduce gives them the right to use their offspring as an excuse to jump queues and generally behave like they are the single most important person around.

Finally for now is the delay in decent american programs such as Lost, CSI and the like airing over here months after in the states. I WANT TO WATCH THEM NOW. And they cancelled Threshold. Gits.
