On a slightly related note, does anyone know the code for sending a fax to the US using a normal fax?

Pete - are you able to scan it or fill it in electronically, they may accept a digital signature (ie. your signature scanned in or digital photographed into the page)?

Can't you just do it in the same way you would with a phone call? Knock the zero off and add +1 ?

What exactly is sending a fax through the internet anyway?. You mean you pass a document and a number to someone and they complete the faxing for you?.

Unless you are going to pay for it this won't happen, as obviously the phone call will actually cost something to someone, and i doubt you'll get something for free.

    Hope this helps

Haven't tried Here before but possibly worth a look, as I think it's what you may be after.
