    Windows Server Source Code

I think this totally ridiculous, I really do not see any problem with it. I think everyone should get off the backs of MS, if they want to be competative or have closed source e.t.c. then let them be.

I believe Microsoft have previously stated that the EU doesn't know the difference between source code and an API, and I can't help but agree. Although I support the OpenSource movement, I still support any company which hope to make closed source software, after all, it is their right to do so.

I doubt the EU would suggest to any other company that they'd release industry secrets and basically the blue-prints to their products. It's just ridiculous, and I agree entirely with what you said there Matt1eD
