Barclays site not working for anyone else?

Does anyone have a general enquiries number or internet fraud number?

I've been had by that bastard mydv site, details:

problem is i paid by normal VISA debit card not credit card, does that mean i have no protection?

I think it means your not covered by the consumer credit act, so you might not be legally protected but in my experience banks have been pretty good about giving me my money back. On the other hand i've only ever had to deal with actual theft, when you've willingly given somone your details and they've ripped you off I'm not sure where they'd stand.

Website working here, i think 01604 230 230 is there lost/stolen cards + general helpline, but it's a little unclear. Sure they can point you in the right direction at any rate.
