Clicking a link takes you to Hexus though, it's not like they're stealing content, just listing headers in an easy to search way. For doing so I think they deserve the odd Google Ad if people actually use this service, I know I wouldn't bother.

kalniel must be right though, otherwise how on earth would Google keep up with it's webcrawlers if they had to obtain permission from every site that contains copyrighted material?
