Got back about an hour ago.. went from Scarborough to Whitby, 42 miles in total, I'm bloody knackered. Covered from head to toe in mud, as is my bike. Every muscle in my body kills..

50 Miles, along the Erie Canal in Rochester, NY
30 along basinstoke canal. Didnt have a clue where we were going. Popped out on a road and asked a women wher we were, then turned around and went back again. Made the mistake of stopping at a shop for a drink on the way back, hurt like hell after that :)
Longest I can remember was to Heathrow airport and back. Although we've probably been similar / further distances along basingstoke canal also :D it runs real close to my house
26 miles for Leukaemia Research last year, may do the 50 this year.
About 60 miles when doing the coast to coast (the hard way) Sunderland to Whitehaven ;)
(Dak btw on Mrs Daks log in)
We did it over 3 days hell of a ride, some great downhills and awesome climbs :)
Longest I've done is 20 miles BUT.. that was up Snaefell from my house, bout 1200 foot climb over rough stuff, then tried to get back home on me own from Ramsey - blummin HUGE hill that cars struggle up out of town.. got to Glen Mona and gave up and got the tram the rest of the way back to Douglas...
about 60 miles - did the London to Southend Bike Ride in support of the British Heart Foundation - 57mile route plus getting to the start line and then home again :D
Dave
Longest I ever did was 150 miles on my brothers road bike. Was a while back when I was really into mountain biking. Took me 7.5 hrs and my back at the end of it was killing me - nice radox bath sorted me out.
Used to do 80 mile run once or twice a week. The 100 was always a nice acheivement.
got you all beat
170 miles, an obscure route from cardiff to crowthorne, in order to give my then gf a rose for valentines day (couldnt afford a train). took an entire night - set off after lectures at ~5.30, got in at 7am.
i'd be very surprised if any non-pro rider can actually do 150 miles in 7.5 hours - thats not much off tour de france pace. i can hold 20mph for a couple of hours but no way over 7 hours without breaks.
awwww....
regularly do 30 mile rides, not so often do a huge amount more...

I once decided to save myself the coach fare by riding home from university in Southampton to my house in SE London. Did it on a £280 mountain bike with a slick on the back and a knobbly on the front. As the crow flies it's about 80 miles but after taking the scenic route and then taking an unintentional detour in SW London I'm pretty sure I did well over 90. I set off at 11am, and got in a bit after 9pm- but I did spend the best part of an hour doing some jumps in a bombhole near Winchester after I spotted some other riders in there as I rode past:).
The last 10 miles were torture especially as my getting a bit lost meant I had to go over some massive hills in Streatham and Crystal Palace:mad:. I couldn't sit on the bike again for a few days afterwards either:eek:.
