Fireworks!!!!

I need somewhere to vent my anger without causing damage!!

These bastard things have been going on NON STOP every evening for the last 2 weeks now... I'm surprised none of the other neighbours have gone over and given the offending neighbours a good shouting at / kicking!

WHAT POINT IS THERE IN WASTING TIME AND MONEY FOR A FEW LOUD BANGS?

90% of them aren't even visible/colourful (the whole point of fireworks)!!




Anyone else as pissed off with them as me?

I like fireworks. Its only the aero bangers which ARE made for townies which make a loud noise (without nice colours )

yea and most of em r crap, but some r good, like the ones that stretch really far across the sky - there alrite

them aero banger thing are buggers aswell. i think the main thing with them is they go off quite low, so u get massive noise

last night i swear some 1 was firing them at my house or very close to it, the windows almost shattered cos it was so loud!

my dads mate ha bought a firework, for £75!!! just for ONE firework. ... !!! :OOOOOO
aparently it has about 100 bangs or something and should piss his neighbours off... tbh i dont see the point. a few nights ago i got locked out for an hour and a half (not my fault, mum locked the fecking door!!!) and it was raining lightly so i say in garden watching teh reflections of them of the opposite houses windows (as they were going off behind me) and there was only one every 10 mins or so..

Every night for the last 2 weeks fireworks are going off, it seems to be between 5 - 10pm every day.

I thought it was fireworks night, not fireworks week
(or by the look of it is going to be fireworks month!!)

It's no fun anymore, it takes all the excitement away from november the 5th when it becomes November the fireworks month..

Sorry for the rant, but it makes me sick...

Yup - agree with all the fireworks haters.

I thought it was me getting old but it has been like central Bagdad here for about ten days and I've had enough.

I agree re the fun and excitement of Nov 5 - Nov 5 is now like Christmas which also goes on for an eternity - I reckon people have got too much money nowadays

wasnt there laws about how long before and after fireworks could be sold to the public, as an attempt to reduce the annoyingness of it, and make it seem more exiteing
