I placed an order yesterday and got the confirmation email, but not the "payment taken" confirmation.
This morning at about 10:00 I got an email saying the card was declined. I typed the details correctly, credit limit is fine, so poo to that. So I went in and corrected them, and 4 hours later still no confirmation (in my experience it takes about 10 minutes for them to confirm payment)... So thinking it's just a glitch in their system I cancelled the order and placed it again. But I'm still waiting for my confirmation email.
Anyone else had similar problems? Does it take longer to authorise a card on Sundays? Am I going to get another card declined email tomorrow seeing as it's taking so long?
It's a £500 odd order... But still.. That shouldn't cause problems should it?
