Yes, you can have this done. It costs 50p though IIRC.

i think it would depend on your postman to be honest - id be prepared to bet that he'll take it back to the depot, just to annoy you on purpose

just phone them up the next morning and ask for it to be delivered on saturday
In the past i've had things come on a friday with special delivery, phonned them about 5:30 on saturday morning and it came same day
