It was crap tbh, i found it a little bit funny only cos it was his voice and it reminded me of the office, same with the song. The cartoon loses the little Gervais/Brent type looks and subtllties which make the Office funny I think.

I agree the last two series are quite bad compared to some of the first ones. I liked the Ricky G episode one though.

i just seen the new episode - to be honest it was not the best 25mins ive ever spent watching TV. As one of the guys said earlier it was just a big advert for HDTV. V disappointed :undecided

the new s17 has been a load of rubbish of imo the only half decent epsiode was the christmas special, i guess tho after 17 series the jokes have got to be hard to think up

I never really found The Office that funny either, but I after The Ricky Gervais Podcast series, (especially the entireity of series 1) I became a massive fan of him, the podcasts are seriously bad to listen to while walking down a populated street because you look at random people while walking past them, right? Well it makes things awkward when you burst out in laughter in good timing with when you make eye contact with people.
