    Free Computer?

Ok, I read a few months back (many months back in fact) in a magazine that a UK company was offering to give a high-spec FREE computer to anyone in the UK. Under one condition of course, that the computer would download adverts and you would have to sit and watch them for say 30 minutes everyday before you could use the PC? Perhaps it never took off I was wondering if anyone knew about it or has heard about this before?

Aye, I heard it on Radio 2 one evening aswell - doesn't look like anything came of it though.

Ahh right, yeh it was about this time last year! Surely someone realised that the adverts would just play and then you just walk off, make a coffee, watch some tv, then back to the computer again! Silly idea
