What a game wasn't it. I'm sat on the sofa, beer in left hand, remote in right hand. "Oh look, Steau scored again, another great night for English teams" i say to my mate. "No, no it's not over yet" he says. Of course he's right, a football match isn't over till the final whistle. "Yeah ok" i say, just about to go down the pub for a meal. But something inside me said "footie, footie" :)

And my god, am i glad i watched that match. To come back from almost certain defeat, twice, is astonishing. If there's any justice in the world, the only name on that UEFA cup begins with M.

I'd just like to say to all 'boro fans, congratulations and good luck in the final and thank you for a game that reminds me, that i, as well as being a football fan, am a fan of any football.

Did you hear about the ticket allocation for the final though? Each team get 9,000 tickets apparently, so thats 18,000 and the ground can hold 35,200. That means nearly half the seats going to anyone else! I think they should have been allocated more than a measley 9,000.

i thought i heard one of the match of the day guys saying boro were getting 9000 and the other team getting 18000? he didnt look to happy so neither will i hehehehe

Maybe you're right MrChris....i heard it on football focus this morning, Mark Lawrenceson said it, i guess we mean the same thing. Yeah i heard them say 9000 for boro, i thought he also meant 9000 for seville too but maybe im wrong! :)

Im not a Middlesborough fan, but i thouroughly enjoyed watchin bothe the quarter & semi final matches.

Personally i hope they go all the way & win it
