However, the thing is, when time has passed, i think to myself (and i am obviously a little biased here) what will that team be remembered for? Man Utd, as much i hated them, i had (and they deserved respect) because they were consistent whilst actually playing exciting, attacking football - for 6/7 years or whatever it was.
And Arsenal, on the occasions where we have won it (an even when we havent) i think that it would be the biggest diehard fanboy who could deny that in out pomp (when we had that devastating left hand side) we have played arguably some of the most breathtaking one-touch football ever witnessed.
Now i respect winners, but lets face it, they are just EFFICIENT and thats all. The only upside is that they have several English players who have blossomed recently for them, which can only be good with the world cup coming up.
