Velcro zip ties...

I was wondering if any one here knows where I could order of them Velcro ties online. You find them commonly on laptop powersupplies, allowing you to easily secure the cables. I'm after somerthing like 2-3cm wide, 10-15cm long velcro zip ties in black...

nah i go past mech eng on my way in. what kind of time? And mech eng is the one with the car in front right? I get all the different entrances confused.
