... I need your help.
Need to know how long a tube / bus trip to London Bridge would take from Euston... on the average weekday morning

I'd say max 20 mins on the tube, probably more like 15. Northern Line north branch (via Bank), 6 stops.
EDIT: ahh indeed time of day matters - you'll spend quite a while getting in and out of stations at rush hours.
i've found the journy planner surprisingly accurate:

throw new ArgumentException (String, String, Exception)

....although it crashes my browsers, some sort of Flash/Java problem I expect. Anyway, the Northern line isn't the most reliable but assuming it's running right I would have thought that the worst case scenario would be half an hour.
Edit: d'oh, beaten. Anyway it tends to be conservative with timings in my experience, you'd be unlucky to take longer than it suggests.
I'd say half an hour in the rush hour. You might have to let a couple of trains go by as they'll be packed. 20 minutes max at off-peak times.
Nothing more constructive to add really sorry, but just another vote for http://journeyplanner.tfl.gov.uk
It's been rather accurate for my daily journeys, and as has been mentioned, you might want allow 10 mins if you're going in during rush hour.
Hour and a few bits from MK then, that's not too bad.
do-able anyway.
As long as you have a laptop/ipod you will be fine

I would take the train and yes it should take about 20 minutes. Don't forget though that is with no problems because there normally are.
If you are looking for a flat or something try www.rightmove.co.uk
Also I agree with David, some kind of music device is needed
MK to Euston can also be Virgin as it's a Virgin stop. Some of their trains are faster than SIlver Link

good luck!
leave plenty of time for real interviews its not as if theres a shortage of small coffee shops to kill time in before!
what is it your applying for?

IMHO Warren Street is a nicer area to work than London Bridge, but it depends what you like I suppose. If you get the job there I can recommend some good places for lunch and dinner!Originally Posted by tiggerai
