7900GTX now, or 7900GT and wait for G80?

Should I purchase the 7900GTX extreme now, or should I just buy the 7900GT and wait for the nVidia G80 to come out?

whatever you buy will be outdated a few months later. the extreme versions of any graphics card in my opinion are way overpriced for what you get. if it was me, i would get the lower model and overclock it myself.
