Yes there is a for sale section but I believe you need to attain a certain post count (without spamming) before this forum becomes visable.

I think it's around 100 posts, so your already half way there. It offers a little bit of protection to buyers and it gives you a chance to show yourself as a 'trustable' character for the duration of your posts.

Also, check out users.hexus.net, I think that's still going. It's a trust system setup for the for sale section.
