It was on the midday news so should be shown later in the day.

exactly, im not condoning the fact that he headbutted a horse but if people want to start commenting on animal cruelty why dont they try to stop that horse getting whipped

Perhaps it's part of the training the horse has been under, whereby tapping it on the head is part of calming it etc? It didn't look like he wanted to harm the horse, from that perspective at least. There again, the video was a little slow when I played it...

exacly quite frankly who cares? what damage did it do to the horse none, you could do worse by throwing a tennis ball at it, just people start moaning and being pathetic as soon as animals come into the quation, admitidley it was a little silly but its hardly worth of the news ffs, i mean surley there are mosre important things going on than that..
