    Core 2 Duo & Asus P5N32-SLi

    Hi,

I upgraded my computer with an Asus P5N32-SLi motherboard along with a Pentium D 940. Now that Core 2 Duo has just been released, I was wondering if both Core 2 Duo and Core 2 Duo Extreme will work on the Asus P5N32-SLi motherboard or do I need to buy a different one?

    Thank you in advance.

It perhaps depends on the revision of the board, but Anandtech have successfully done benchmarks with Core 2 and P5N32-SLI. Seems the two are compatible.
