Have a look here, it will tell you what you need to do - DVLA

The cost to replace it is £19.00

Worth noting that if you ring them and say you have lost both parts then its alot easier and quicker to replace.

Tell them it was stolen and they will replace it for free.

Edit: Oh on the website it says it's £19 for a stolen licence... on the piece of paper I got from the DVLA not long ago (about a week and half ago) it said that to replace a stolen licence is free.

You might need the police incident number then, so they can recover the license if the police recover it.....

i lost mine on a night out once, cost me £19 to replace it, but it proved invaluable for getting into clubs etc as i had left my passport at my uni flat!
