I love the "boss key", although it does seem to be sponsered by scientologists.
Still pretty cool...

HEXUS FOLDING TEAM It's EASY
Haha, very awesome.
It's a very good idea, yet quite simple![]()
LOL.... excellent! How long before this gets blocked at work? Prob by next week! Doh!
Beer is life, life is good!
lol, fantastic idea, but still doesn't stop the company logging how many hits a website gets, apparently the HSBC website is quite popular where i work
On a related note here's a nifty way to surf the net if browser access has been taken away...
1. Open a program such as Microsoft Calculator.
2. Press the F1 key to open the Help window.
3. In the top left corner, click the "document with a question mark" icon.
4. Select "Jump to URL."
5. Type in the URL of the website you want to visit, and it comes up in the right pane of the Help window.
Important tip: you must type the full URL, with http://, not the shortened version that starts with www.
Enjoy!

there must be some way of getting internet at work i used to but it got blocked i can still send emails in and out of the company though! so there still is a connection!
nifty idea, tried resizing it, not a good idea. Also if you try to start it with a blank page it crashes![]()
A piece of paper over the task bar and alt tab work well enough![]()
Send yourself an email with the google frontpage and you can browse the internet within your email?

Try pressing "start key" and "M" together to minimise EVERYTHING.
But if that's too obvious...
Open an excel file, or word, then open you're browser.
When you hear the boss press:
ALT + Spacebar + N to minimise
ALT + Spacebar + R to restore
I also recommend having the start bar on auto-hide, even though I hate it with a passion.
OF course you have the classics too, Alt and tab and Alt and F4.

Or you could make a web browser in word via vba![]()
Tabbed browsing in IE7 is pretty much the shiz.
genius idea tbh
Personally I just have opera open with multiple tabs, and alt-tab to visual studio when I need to...one of the tabs is always an intranet site etc anyway so easy enough not to get caught
That said I doubt anyone here(my office) would care anyway..
