    Trainers.

I'm looking for some new trainers, been scouting out the JD and JJB sites, and I can't settle on a pair.

I'm thinking of either a pair of these: http://www.jdsports.co.uk/product.asp?id=5519&lg=1
    these: http://www.jdsports.co.uk/product.asp?id=8452&lg=1
or even going old school and going for these: http://www.jjbsports.com/detailfash....wcategory=FWMN

    Anyone got any recommendations?

Don't seem to be much knocking about these days, just rehashes of the same old stuff. I really can't be doing with another pair of Reebok Classics though.

Would I buy nice white trainers and then ruin them by kicking things, running about in the mud, or otherwise scuffing them up? Nah these will just be for something comfy to wear when I'm out and about.

The Tuscanys? I've got some that are almost the same, but the stripes end an inch before the laces, not carry on up to them like on these.

I also like them in this color http://www.jdsports.co.uk/product.asp?id=5873&lg=1

    Torn now.

Not my style, although each to his own. Things were more fun when you were a kid, and you could wear twatish trainers called things like 'Super Runners' made of green plastic, that cost £3.49.

Happy days. Now its 80 notes!

If you want supreme comfort I can recommend the Shox from Nike.

yeah so what every scally in the UK probably has them, they are popular for a reason and that's excellent ankle support and also feel superb when walking, joggin', ravin' etc

I like the Nikes as well, I had a much louder black and green pair yonks ago when I was in school.

0iD I can see you on the active users list... get out, this is a young mans discussion of modern fashion items; there is no reason for you to be here.

EDIT: See, I knew that was coming, but he posted just a few seconds before I could...
