Hexus Forum Bug: Send Message VIA IM Icons not working

is anyone else having problems if they click on a users IM/MSN/AIM/ICQ/ETC icon under their user name, I get a popup window with "page not found" on any user - any instand message account button.

i believe the file was removed because of spamming. there was a thread about this a few weeks back, i think David said they were working on a solution, but i'm not 100%
