MP3 Sites

Apart from www.allofmp3.com (who's PayPal payment service is temporarily unavailable ) where else is there that works in the same way of letting me pay for MP3s (must be either by PayPal or accept Solo)?

except you have to be a yank to buy so kinda sucks for us brits dunno when the uk service is starting

napster and the microsoft ones are also availible generally but afaik not in the uk again

Pretty sure HMV and woolies will let you buy cds in mp3 format

I don't want to install some software (iTunes). I just want a basic one, and if Allofmp3.com let me use PayPal at present...

And it's far easier to download an entire album in one go than do it song by song, waiting for sources, etc. And they're hardly expensive... like 5 cents per song..

The dido life for rent only has 9 tracks on that site, strangely the same number of tracks on the ADVANCE mp3 release of it....

As for the site it's fantastic, I shouldn't think it's illegal if they bought the rights to the songs?

I've got an Alice Cooper album and the new Offspring one tonight already, all top notch quality IMHO. 192Kbits is the lowest I'd go if paying for them really, and it's rather nice

I'm a bit dissapointed in some of you for posting that sorta stuff to be honest.

Can you honestly tell me that you think a website selling albums for less than a dollar per album is legal? Well i can tell you it aint - and putting a paragraph of legal babble at the bottom doesnt make it legal either.

Of course the possibility is that these kinda sites are legal in russia, but we aint in russia and these are not russian forums, we are subject to UK law and I ask you to bear that in mind before you drag this thread into dodgyness.

Next time anyone posts anything possibly illegal - this thread disappears from the face of the earth - Ok?
