tbh i cant wait lol! i think i get my gcse results on the 24th, and then i go to college! yay! Btec National in ICt practioners (networking based) ICT only omg how much will i love this course :D

i hope theyre good so i can blag money off my parents and buy a raptor hd lol
as levels tomorrow.. and then i have to do decide what universities i want to apply to and fill in all the forms by september 18th (for cambridge forms) hoping to do law but you need 3A's anywhere good (well except queen mary) so faith and crossed fingers that the AS's turn out well enough that that becomes possible
A2s tommorow. They get e-mailed to me, could be as late as 2pm.
I'm going out tonight, coming back and staying up, going to bed at about 4am and sleeping until early afternoon.
They'll be here when I check e-mails in the morning! No waiting for me.

who thinks theres going to be headlines of easier tests and higher results due to falling standards this year? (really annoys me as i do have to work for my grades!)

If any of you are looking to go into further education then take heed: When I got my 'A' level results I fluffed them got a C and D's (predicted A’s and B’s) my grades were not good enough for the universities I did end up choosing (I had to pick 2 from 5 back in the day). Any way after 4 days of drowning my sorrows it was Monday and I needed to sort my life out. Made a few calls and my first choice university accepted me – I could have found this on the Friday but I was too busy assuming the worst. Not saying everyone will be as lucky as me, but if you do not do as well as you excepted remember you have options get some advise from someone. Had to got out on Monday to celebrate, those 5 days cost me a small fortune – could have saved myself a lot of money and grief if I’d got some advice earlier.

yeah its 18 modules like you said XA04, and i think 6 are optional? but this is the 2yr course (highest) and is more netowrking based or somethign or other :) nice to see other people are doing this, now i kno i can get some help hehe
Get my AS tomorrow, not expecting great things.
I had parents seperating/moving house the same week my exams in january started which resulted in nothing but last minute revision. Ended up with 2*e in maths, d in physics and a c in computing. Only realised afterwards that i was eligable for these extra marks they're giving to people in difficult circumstances.
Anyway, i resat one maths and have agreed to resit the other maths and possibly physics in Jan.
Think all my exams went fairly well except a physics paper on electricity/thermal physics.
BUT i'm hardly thinking about tomorrow at all, totally forgot about in until someone reminded my earlier and forgot about it again until i read this thread

AS levels for me tomorrow (today even). I can get mine on the internet at 8am, so I'm tempted to just not go to sleep tonight. I need to get the uni stuff sorted as well unfortunately. So much to do in such a short space of time (stupid Cambridge with their strange deadlines).
A2 for me, Im worrying dead lol, I think I did pretty crappy in June T_T
Yay. My college seems to have put the grades up a bit earlier than I expected. I got 5 A grades and a B. A's in maths (stats), physics, chemistry, biology and general studies (what a joke) and a B in psychology.
UCAS has updated (though under heavy load atm, theres a surprise, you'd think they'd do something about it year after year :P) with some vague idea of Uni responses, I believe.

That was my first choice, they wanted ABC but still accepted BCC.
Anyone that is still waiting, check UCAS online. All my mates have found out what uni they're going to on that this morning . It isn't slow at all over here, still super quick!

AAAAA for my AS results... I'm reasonably pleased! (That's Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Economics, plus a General Studies AS+A2).

Had personal problems in January modules so i still have 2 to resit. Overall i got BBCD for AS. That should be upto BBBB after my resits
I got my AS results today, i didn't do greatly :/ but it's ok i guess :crazy:
i got B,C,C i dropped maths halfway through the year so just did 3 subjects ::undecided
Got AAAA in my AS and a B in A2 Human Biology (got low A's/high B's in all modules except synoptic, where I got a C :/)
Pleased though as Biology is not a subject I require for the degree I would like to do (Engineering) :)
Just checked Biology unit marks, turns out I got 479/600 UMS - the boundary for an A is 480!
AAA for maths, physics, history AS, B for chemistry A for general Studies (But that don't count) probably will go up to aaaa if I resit chemistry I Did 2 stats modules as well which i got 97 and 75 out of 100 for so i'd only need 68/100 for FP1 which will be easy enough so i can probably add another A to that, and yes i am indeed a geek

Me shamefully got BBCE, but my art level is going to get remarked up to an A I hope (I got almost top marks last year on art, and I tried harder this year, and whuttuf, I got a C o_o - along with the rest of the year where I only know of one person who got an A). I may also be retaking Computing to get a better grade, from E to C or perhaps even B if I try hard enough. So if that all happens, ABC(or B)C :D
