    GCSE Results day

Can anyone confirm what day it is on?

My school didn't tell me or any other students, but in a College letter I got I have been told it is on the 23rd... but everywhere else seems to be saying it is on the 24th.

    So when is it?

I'm not really in a position to say, but from what i've been hearing, they come out on the 24th.

I wouldn't put too much faith in what i've said though, thats just what i've read from some places.

If I'm not very much mistaken, results are always on a Thursday for some reason.

I'm the same as you LuNi9. As long as I get a C or better in Maths and English.. and another two grades with a C or better, then I'm happy! (it's what I need to get into college).

I see.. I'm not sure what I would need to get into college (probably nothing, it's too full of chavs ). But I need the 4 GCSE's to do the course I want to do.

The visiting days at college were hilarious.. imagine the way people act and talk on WoW, CS:S, etc... that's what it was like in the class room. HILARIOUS

Suprisingly there was a really hot girl too, she didn't turn up on the second day though.. I don't blame her

I think that I was really most nervous for my GCSE results, AS and A2s didn't really compare to how I felt before i got my GCSE results, I thinks its mainly that you get a much better idea of what your grades are with A-levels due to the modules.

Anyways, good luck again you guys.

I'm getting a little nervous about the GCSEs too. Still, good luck to everyone.

Hey, you never know, with OCR's loss of exam-scripts, you might get a nice approximated grade.
