Can anyone confirm what day it is on?
My school didn't tell me or any other students, but in a College letter I got I have been told it is on the 23rd... but everywhere else seems to be saying it is on the 24th.
So when is it?

I'm not really in a position to say, but from what i've been hearing, they come out on the 24th.
I wouldn't put too much faith in what i've said though, thats just what i've read from some places.
"If you're not on the edge, you're taking up too much room!"

You've got to have a dream, if you don't have a dream, how you gonna have a dream come true?
Yup, thurs - a week after the A-Level results came out![]()
OK, seems like it is the 24th.
Thanks everyone.
If I'm not very much mistaken, results are always on a Thursday for some reason.
"Well, there was your Uncle Tiberius who died wrapped in cabbage leaves but we assumed that was a freak accident."
Yeah week after A level, which would be Thursday the 24th.
So, whos nervous about recieving their results?
I most certainly am!
Aslong as i get C's in English and Maths though, i will be happy enough![]()
I'm the same as you LuNi9. As long as I get a C or better in Maths and English.. and another two grades with a C or better, then I'm happy! (it's what I need to get into college).
Good luck to you both![]()
Same here, well sorta, i need 5 C's to get into 6th Form(college). But i need a C in English + Maths to be able to do what i want in 6th form (Buisness Stuides + ICT)Originally Posted by XA04
I see.. I'm not sure what I would need to get into college (probably nothing, it's too full of chavsOriginally Posted by LuNi9
). But I need the 4 GCSE's to do the course I want to do.
The visiting days at college were hilarious.. imagine the way people act and talk on WoW, CS:S, etc... that's what it was like in the class room. HILARIOUS
Suprisingly there was a really hot girl too, she didn't turn up on the second day though.. I don't blame her![]()
I can imagen. There was one guy in my IT class last year who actually said "w00t" and "roffle" out loud and on one ocassion he said "lolz my site pwnz yours".... i dont think he understands that computer life (if there is such thing?) and real life, are sperate.Originally Posted by XA04
I think that I was really most nervous for my GCSE results, AS and A2s didn't really compare to how I felt before i got my GCSE results, I thinks its mainly that you get a much better idea of what your grades are with A-levels due to the modules.
Anyways, good luck again you guys.
You've got to have a dream, if you don't have a dream, how you gonna have a dream come true?
I'm getting a little nervous about the GCSEs too. Still, good luck to everyone.
Hey, you never know, with OCR's loss of exam-scripts, you might get a nice approximated grade.![]()
