Pants Happy :) Or Pants Sad :(

How happy are we Hexites with our bodies? If you catch a glimpse of yourself in the mirror wearing your pants \ boxers \ knickers?

Pants happy or pants sad? And do you workout?

If unhappy, what part of your body don't you like? What, if anything, do you plan to do about it?

Seems everyone and their mother is working out these days, so I guess most of us do that to look better, not really for health reasons, yes? Are we that shallow? :)

I admit to working out to look better. I'm not interested in any of this healthy living lark, I just want to bulge in the right places. :D Who goes to the gym to live longer? Who goes to the gym to look better for the laydees?

Be honest.

I'm VERY impressed with my physique and so is my girlfriend, I've been doing mild exercise like jogging, press-ups, sit-ups, the occasional pull-ups, and I generally run and jump about EVERYwhere so I'm rather on the toned side.

But I don't jump around in my pants though... :)

Pants? eh? are those the things people wore in the dinosaur age? I wear boxers.
With my current beer belly which has caught me by suprise, im not too happy, but I know its easily fixed so im starting to do more exercises (jogging, weights etc). Im also watching what im eating, and have slowed down how much i drink in the week days (but i make up for that at the weekends).

Boxers are evil

Somtimes go to the gym offshore, but thats usually to offset the fact i've been sitting about doing sod all for days. Would like to be fitter and hame upper body strength, but i'm getting there.

Not a pretty sight. I've a slight roundness in the belly, which I'm trying to work off through football twice a week. Used to cycle to/from work so lost a lot of tone.
I've lost a stone since getting back from Hawaii on holiday and there's another one (at least) to lose. My eating has changed: Bowl of crunchy bran worms for breakfast, a large bowl of salad for lunch and a light snack tea. I drink less often than I did too.
I need another hour of exercise during the week, but ankles and knees can take a hammering during football so I'll probably use our elliptical thang if I can't find any softish ground to run on. I should get the bike back out I guess.

So what if I have a tiny bit of beer podge and slightly bizarre feet. I'm happy - that's all that matters in the end really isn't it ;)

I've got bizarre feet too Lee :( dumpy and i've got deformed toes :(

boxers happy generallybut i do have a bit of a belly on the go that i would like to loose but i wouldnt say that im unhappy with how i look

however my stamina and such is shocking and that IS something i want to change but being a poor studnet:) i cant afford to go to a gym and being a lazy ar*s i dont go running atm, but when back at uni i should have more time to fitten up a bit

Pants Happy - although it's taken me 20 months of intense gym work at great expense and effort (with, at times, two personal trainers plus a swimming instructor!), working out four times a week, to get a toned body again.

For the first time in over 12 years, my chest size is bigger than my waist size, by some margin!

Probably pants sad right now. Been a heavy summer of drinking and partying. The beer belly has snuck up on me in a massive way. not even walked past the gym in 5 months, oops.

Gone from being one of the most chisled men I know, to a fat slob :P

Back in the gym on monday I think.

I don't go to the gym regularly, but have a pretty healthy lifestyle (admittedly, the beer belly is going to catch up with me sooner or later) but im not in bad shape. Off to uni in a months time tho, so that could all change for the better (olympic size swimming pool) or for the worse (beer rediculously cheap & on tap)

Know that feeling. I used to be a Semi Pro footballer....now I'm a PC Geek. Not a huge belly but I look in the mirror and know I should be doing something about it :(

Add ankle and wrist weights, and you'll be fit as a fiddle in no time!

Another reason to get a wii, and to get my gf using it!

Pants undecided here. I know I'm not fat, but need to do more excersice. It's both fitness and tone I'm after - and I can see the hints of a beer belly starting.
Fitness is the real motivation thuogh - I don't like getting really puffed from running up the stairs at work, or running after a bus/train.

or just living in a general state of fatigue :D

My body is a temple...Plus i duno why but it really enjoys beers/ciders sweets :) Motabolism is stupidly good :)

I used to work out a lot a few years ago. Getting too old for that now!! lol, still, not too bad though for an old git!

reading this thread, i keep thinking of that Frank Skinner sketch where he is dancing to the vengaboys (i think it is) in his y fronts doing an idiotic dance and grinning.

im pretty hapyp with my body... but i wouldnt go topless much outside in a park or somin.. i want the six pack first n nice juicy muscles ;)
