Customer service explantion?

Hi guys

ive ordered something from an online store that hasn't arrived so this morning i phone them up to ask why the order placed on the 27th to be delivered special delivery hadn't turned up and there answer was?

Sounds like that your address failed the AVS check, (this check to ensure that the item is sent to the address the card is registered at)
