So far so good with my scan order (however ebuyer's incompetance means I can't build the system 'till they send me my case).
I recieved some blue thing free in the order and I have no idea what it, can anyone shed some light?

Im guess its a Palm Bluetooth adaptor. But "a blue thing" isnt exactly giving any clues away is it ? ;)
That'll be it, I had one ages ago but never used it.
Hmmm, I've got about 7 or 8 of them now :).
Never used a single one of them, but it's a nice thought anyway :)
Can we have pen drives instead please? They're cheap enough now.
Oooooo, now that would be appreciated...I'm forever forgetting where I put my pendrives :).Quote:

All I got was a £3 keyboard.
Well, at least it's a nice gesture.:)
More useful than a Bluetoth adaptor for a PDA you don't even own!Quote:

i'm sure i got a 10 pack of Memorex CD-Rs and some pens once. Also got a TDK BlueTooth thingy. It's free. better them giving stuff away like that than just sending it all to landfill, *someone* might find it useful :)
indeed, i use mine to wedge my door open!
i've had:
A TDK Bluetooth adaptor, previously mentioned.
A Packard Bell Keyboard, still being used!
A Scart to composite video cable (Tiny branded)
oh yeah, forgot about the scart cable, and that was only the other week i got that :)

What Palm models do these adapters work with? :P
I had a free Keyboard once!!
Come on Scan, give us some nice free stuff. A Pendrive would be nice and usefull.
You're not the only one. I got one of them about a year or so ago, its now used as a not-very-heavy-or-secure paper weight to keep all my receipts and invoices under control.Quote:

Ah, I see, that'll be why when I posted it in the Hexus.classifieds nobody wanted it! :)
i'm still using the packard bell keyboard
gave the bluetooth adaptor to my dad about 2 years ago... last week he bought a bluetooth phone - but the adaptor is in NZ ;)
cd pens are always handy
All SCAN need to do is pretend to be laura ashley or john lewis or zummat like that so I can spend my hard earned cash on something *slightly* more useful than curtains, couches and cushions! - i've been banned from buying anything electrical for the new house until we've got stuff like new beds and blinds and things. it's all very depressing.
