Like, water, not alcohol!
Lets say i drink half a liter of water, is there an average time it takes till it comes out the other end?
bit random, i know

this article is quite interesting but bits not for the faint hearted

generally water is kept a constant level within body and only excess is passed out and the rest used for filling up the level if low so not a direct pass through like alcohol which triggers other chemical releases within body which ejects the fluid quicker hence the more alcohol you drink on average the times you need to use loo is more.
water is different in that it does not agitate these radical chemicals to eject the rogue fluid

read the herbal-goodness link, got to the bit about adding hydrogen peroxideto your boiled water to stop it 'tasting flat' - but don’t overdo it everything in moderation eh?
