    North Wales Police Blog

Having only just found this, I apologise if people have seen it before, but I thought it worthy of scrutiny. Whilst some may agree with what is stated within, others may not, but the fact remains the notoriously anti-biker Deputy Chief Constable is on the warpath again...

How can you ban someone from riding a motorbike because you want to take a "relaxing" walk, I mean some peoples equivalent of taking a relaxing walk might be riding their bike. The bikers should simply reply, "is it time to ban silence at the weekends?" as the same stupid principal would apply.

Ask him about being bitten on the arse by a German Shepherd, he might not be so keen. Still wish he'd **** off somewhere else though, seeing as i live about 1mins drive from North Wales...

Hehe the Dog Blog made me giggle

Being bitten on the backside by a police dog which then proceeded to give my drunken assailant an affectionate lick.
Having to crawl through a warehouse in pitch darkness looking for a burglar because “….. it’s too dangerous for the dog”.
Far too many dashed expectations when the robber’s hot trail led again to the back of a butcher’s shop.

In Germany, you state, that some areas have banned motorcycle use at weekends, If I remember rightly a certain man, also from Germany, tried to rid his country of Jews because he didnt like them and what they stood for.
which seems to ring true of his attitude to motorbikes...

The real sad thing is that this rubbishrubbishrubbishrubbish is in a position of power. Is he prejudiced against bikers? And if so he shouldn't have anything to do with enforcing the law.

I also noticed that the North Wales head Richard Brunstrom (another car hating muppet) is introducing a point system for his officers.

e.g. attend a road traffic accident - award 10 points. track down stolen car 8 pts.

And so on. Once again we see the classic mis-management of targets and quoters trying to measure police performance. All that will happen is that coppers will do the easy quick jobs to boost their points and sod anything that takes too much time and isn't on the point system.

I wish we could vote for our heads of police so that we could get rid of these ******s who haven't a bloody clue.

I'll let them ban motorbikes if they turn off their sirens when they pass my house. Which is pretty often as I'm lucky enough to live within 20yeards of the local station.

I'm unfortuanate to live in north wales, and some of the policies are completely stupid. in the last some of the highlights have been... talking CCTV cameras, which were taken down after it became a fun game to A) piss in the speaker or B) Rewire the speaker to say something else. Also they believed handing out lollipops would stop violence on a saturday, which worked until the police ran out of lollies or somone got a flavour they didn't like.

Not mention we have a really well funded bomb squad and no bombs, so innocuous items are regularly blown up. Best one being a pile of paint tins left by somones car while they went back inside for their keys. £12,000 of damage

My feedback has now been recieved by North Wales Police.

Is it now time to ban the promotion of idiots to the upper echelons of the police force?

I have to say that it is a great thing that these public persons and bodies think it's cool to have a blog. I noticed some government dept had a wiki up and running so it could get some feedback from the public only to have the wiki defaced by a few wags.

I suppose atleast with a blog they will recieve the contempt they deserve. Perhaps the people that employ these idiots might take note. I left my "feedback" too.
