    Check me new desk and bed!

    A few of you will probably know I've been re-decorating and furnishing me room - well we put my new desk and bed in this afternoon as the paintwork is all done now

    OI! it wasn't no nursery - I did that under the sea paint job when I was 12 I'll have you know!!!! (Changing rooms was the inspiration for it - betya couldnt tell )

    that glass desk looks good, where did you get it from? Cos I'm after the desk from Index-Littlewoods that looks exactly like that..

    thats it they claim its 3 weeks out of stock but mine cam after 10 days so ignore the strange geordie lady when she tells u that lol

    hehe, how comes yours looks kinda back-to-front compared to the picture? (eg your tower side is on the right, the index tower side is on the left)

    iamwhoiam - the picture on the index catalogue has been flipped - if you look @ the tower you'll see the APPLE logo is the wrong way round - I wanted the tower to be on the right anyways but chances are it doesnt matter which one you put at which side .

    Same here, although mine is just an office. The bedroom was done months ago

    Looks rather nice I have to say, we have similar laminate flooring in our bedroom. The desk looks quite posh, although won't it amplify the noise of the computer case vibrations, slightly? It's probably just me thinking that..

    Just tried to get the missus to let me carpet the walls/floor/ceiling like I had it a few years ago, when I used it as a music studio. "No" she says. Didn't even think about it for a second!

    Why not get those bumpy foam shaped pieces and stick em on? much better sound insulation
