it wasnt working for me yesterday evening when i tried, or this morning
I had that problem earlier today aswell, adding the following 2 lines to my HOSTS file seemed to sort it:
Gonna take 'em out later and see if it still works.Code:65.54.239.80 messenger.hotmail.com
65.54.239.80 dp.msnmessenger.akadns.net
ive signed in ok
Ive had problems all day, but OK now :)
Mine seems to have been okay today, what can I say, Gtalk everyone, must be the most reliable IM service I am on. Wonderful client as well.
And there are alwase the Hexus IRC channels. #Hexus.net , #Hexus.cs and so on on irc.quakenet.org

I had a problem this morning I've been away for a week came to use MSN and it kept saying "no internet connection", turns out the windows firewall and just decided to block it :/
I couldn't log in at work using Adium on my Mac at all today, but was able to log in using Windows Live Messenger through Parallels.
Can log in now at home on standard MSN messenger.
Yup mines been down all day ,let me back in at tea-time ,fingers crossed !

my friend had the same problem today. but iv been on fine, only problem i had was my clock was wrong and it wouldnt sign me in lol.
Yeah I had it, it's fine now, I don't really care. It's like: "omg I can't use msn for the night *dies*"
literally tehsucks, i was suicidal but my flatmate talked me round
well my msn just kicked me out and won't sign back in

Yet http://status.messenger.msn.com/Status.aspx says all systems are stable and running :rolleyes:
