    contacting amazon returns dept

my logitech 5500 speakers are playing up, i phoned logitech, they said "since its under warranty, contact your supplier and they'll give you a new set"

however, amazon don't seem to have a webnote or email system!, can anyone shed any light on this for me?

-edit, they come with a 2 year warranty, and i've owned them for under a year (brand new at the time from amazon.co.uk, not a seller on amazon)

its def an issue with the control box, and nothing else

Click "Your Account" then "I'm thinking of returning an item"

They also have a telephone number:

    from:
    http://clicheideas.com/amazon.htm
    UK Customer Service
    Phone: +44.208.636.9200
More UK numbers, from a reader:
Freephone (only from within the UK): 0800 279 6620
Last time I use this I easily got a problem fixed and a £5 voucher.... :-)
    Woohoo now Assistant Manager!

Its best to call as they will tell you what to do there and then rather than waiting 48 hours for an email asking you to phone the support line

mate i had 2 sets sent to me of the exact speakers.. one returned then the seciond pair broke!! so im now using the mroe cheaper 2.1 Z-2300 and these still blow me away as the z-5500's did.

and these amazon people really kno how to take the pee! they messed up my refund and im still waitign over 4-5 months :@ they refunded me for the newly bought Z-2300's and after i contacted them they 'refunded' me but i havent recieved a single penny as of yet.. so im now 112 out of pocket.. aww well i wont give up

Amazon used to be great with returns..

Now I'm less than impressed - a book I ordered is still not being dispatched 3 months on, yet they're still selling it as available.. maybe it's because I got it at a better price than now?
