Just been watching TV designed to scare the Stupid people.
Tonight with Trevor McDonald - the usual "oooooh... there's Evil Chemicals in them thar Kids" (giving no numbers, safe levels or base-line of course), just YOUR kid has 10 times the fire retardant chemicals in their blood as Kid #3... Using expert Beauticians and Crystalologists to corroborate the "evidence" with such gems of wisdom as "60% of anything on your skin will be absorbed into your body..." (Heck - that'd mean I can give up drinking water - just lay in a bath for an hour or so), and talking to scientists that have just written books about How Bad chemicals are, to scare the gullible. The only bit I enjoyed was the Fully Organic family had the highest levels of pesticides.... but as they never actually bothered to tell us what those levels were, it was hard to put it into perspective.

Used to like McKeith but she just repeats herself all the time. People were eating boxes of milk tray for breakfast before and now they're eating things they can't even pronouce of course they're going to lose weight!! If you ask me she doesn't look all that healthy herself!
