Can anyone help with an employment issue ?

Good afternoon everyone. I just joined because Google was throwing this site up all the while with regards to employment law questions. I hope this is the right place ?!!

I will ask the question before I launch into it. It's basically to do with a breach of employment contract, (in my view) and the company failing to act to do anything about it.

Can anyone help/point me in the right direction ?

    Thanks loads.

    Jamie.

I did, via the grievance procedure but they don't get it.........I've been exploited for 14 months and despite raising it several times as an issue, they have failed to act......

OK, try CAB and then find a solicitor specialising in employment disputes. Try the Law Society's "Find a Solicitor" page. What do you mean by "exploited"?
