Access Report Problem

Hello everyone,

I hope someone can help me. Is it possible in Access'97 to have the grand total of a report only include subtotal values which are displayed on the report and not link back to a query? Basically is there a formula to calculate the sum of only the visible cells in a report? I'm not sure how clear i have been but i hope someone understands!!

problem solved.....found the running sum calculation
