    last night i was sick from 8pm-1am about every 40 mins
    since then i had an annoying headache
    im very bored atm with nothing to do
    cant sleep atall, last night i didnt get any sleep and i was looking at clock every 15 mins hoping it would become day
    not been sick today and not feeling sick anymore but still have this fkn headache! usualy i dont bother with paracetomal cos i didnt think it worked or that it gives more headaches in long term but ive had 3 today and headache is almost gone but still there enuf to be annoying
    still feel really bad - bored, tired, either very hot or very cold :<

    i need something to do before i kill myself :O

    also what foods would be good because i havent been hungry at all today just had quater of a piece of bread + honey and few potatios and carrots, and half a bite of soggy(sp?) roast chicken

    sounds like you got flu :/ just drink hot drinks and take lots of vit C i think oh and u could put some sugar into the hot drinks to give you that glucose boost. Ideal are those orange/lemon lucozade drinks. And REST! if it's stil with you in a couple of days deff go see ur doc!

    Have any limbs fallen off? If they have I'd consider seeing your doctor.

    Otherwise, get some rest - enjoy daytime TV (HAHA!) If it persists or gets worse, see the doc.

    I had that or something like it, went to bed one night feeling a bit iffy in me tum, woke up at 4 am and threw up about 6-7 times between then and about half 8...got called in to work too, but only managed 1 1/2 hours or so, lay in bed rest of the afternoon feeling terrible...didn't throw up again, though. Felt better next day, better than that the next day, and was fine in about 4 days....

    tomato soup & toast is my particular favorite when i'm ill

    no particular reason - s'just nice! and isn't too tricky to keep down

    got work tomorrow at 8:45!! if i manage to wake up inn time i mayaswell try and go, usually im 30 mins late, if i am tomorrow ill get "disaplinary action", think im feeling better now cos im not so bored, just watched some tv for a bit
    daytime tv lol id prefer work tbh even if i wasnt getting payed at a crappy £4.10/hour (not 18 yet)
    tomato soup is nice though dont have any so i had to have crappy vegtable soup instead, almost made me feel sick agian. toast is ok with tomato(sp?) soup but i hate it with everything else.
    sugar + drink souds good, used to always have that when i was ill before forgot this time though

    + my room still stinks of sick

    I've had symptons similar to yours - mine went on for days, it started off as a sore stomach, then pretty much what you described (barr actually physically spewing, but I was so near it for the whole of the first day), then it got to the point where I wouldnt be able to move - or when I could, Id just lie down whereever I was to nap. I had 2 bowls of soup (but plenty of water) over the first 2 days or something - I went to the docs about 4 days after it first started and was diagnosed with something to do with my Stomach (she used a long suffix word I didnt particularly understand) - though it may not be the same (I never actually threw up), Id go to the Docs just to be safe

    sorry that was a serious question, i had the same symtoms years ago and it was Meningitis. amost killed me as well.

    or i dont suppose u have gas fires at all? got to watch out for carbon monoxide these days killing you as well

    Instructions for Good food for Ill Persons:

    Chick or Vegetable Stock Cube
    Pint of Boiling Water.....mix the two together.

    Spalsh of oil or lump of butter in pan....heat...put chopped vegetables in...fry gently. Onion too if you like it...

    Dont chop the veg too big...little chunky bite size bits.

    After 3 or 4 mins gently frying, up the heat, add the stock. Lid on.

    Simmer (gentle boil) for 10 minutes. Then chop up a couple of spuds (or one big one) into same size cubes as vegetables were.
    Drop in to the soup.
    Gentley boil until spuds are soft to eat.

    Take off heat.....salt and pepper.....

    Eat....lots of stock for rehydration, salt good after being ill, natural vegetable sugar in there too.

    Leave half.....eat a little at a time. It tastes better after its left in the pan for 3 hours and reheated. Matures.

    But eat half first when fresh. Then second half later.

    Good for ya. No additives except the stock cube.

    Sleep after eating. Rest.

    the last time i was ill i was asleep for 4 days straight then woke up to everything being upside down. The things in my brain screwed up 'cause i was so ill so they had to send doctors out. The hallucinations were fun though
