Watching a video of a guy (which happens to be black) losing his head is definitely racism to me.

Why? If he was white or any other race it would not make a difference surely. The e-mail is merely stating you shouldn't run from the police.
That is completely ridiculous. It really gets to me that people can get away with making homophobic, ageist, sexist, etc remarks and no one seems to have a problem with them. Yet people go completely over the top and make something out of nothing when it comes to racism. People should get over it already. There are enough problems in the world without having to make more for no good reason.
EDIT: Before anyone tries to be smart, I know racism is an issue but it's blown out of proportion.

Well i am sure most of us are tired with the way racism is covered by our media and politicians, nowadays when problems occurs between people of different races it seems to be impossible not to bring in the racism factor.
Still the idea I tend to get from all this political correctness is that its fine to believe in anything as long as you don’t express it publicly.
Just so you know, it's not a video, it's a picture of a man's head on a spiked railing after he failed to clear it when running from the police
Its not racist in the slightest, its gory by chain email standards but certainly not racist.
I don't think it was a racist video, but the originator may have had racist intentions for it. I don't see why the 100 are getting disciplined simply for watching it (i'm extrapolating a bit, but i'm guessing that's what happened), sure it's a vile chain mail, but it says nowhere that they passed it on - just that 100 out of the 400 watched it.
No, I also don't see the racism in that, some guy runs from the Police, he was too n00bified to jump, and he fell.
If he didn't run he'd have been arrested, guess he chose the easier option at the time.
