    dvd to mp3

probably wrong forum, but id like to put some concert dvds on my mp3 player.

I tryed using graphedit to seperate the ac3 audio (which the rio karma doesnt seem to support although it would probably drain the battery if it did) but no idea what codecs to use to convert it to mp3 instead.

Also, I have a problem playing the second disk with mpc, it plays but pauses every second or two.
My brother uses powerdvd and it plays ok for him and said something about there being 4 different views which powerdvd lets you chose what one. MPC doesnt so any suggestions as I dont have powerdvd.

Try VLC to play the DVD that is not working.

As for transcoding ac3, you can convert them to wav with winamp's disk output plug-in and then encode the wavs to mp3. There are plenty of otherways to do it, but that's what I do.

You can rip the DVD to your computer, then remove the video using movie maker?
