    e-mail address for m&ms?

    Hey guys,

Was just avoiding work by chomping on some m&ms (peanut) and bit into what should've been peanut but infact was a bit of wood (i kid you not) which hurt my poor little teeth and was rather a shock

Anyways, it looks like theres a physical address in leicester which i could write to, but it feels like a bit too much effort... anyone know of someone i could email, or do you reckon i should put some effort in and write a letter... lifetimes supply of m&m's coming my way

Write a letter! You'll definitely get a more genuine reply imo. Looks more formal, and serious. They don't want to be sued now do they?

I meant to do that, last year bought some vitamins from Sainsburys and one of them had a bit of metal in it! Like a steel shaving of some sort about half a cm long. Never did it in the end though, just thought how can I prove it was actually in the vitamin :/

Haha, I just remembered they were Zinc tablets! Didn't really know what a piece of zinc looks like until I looked just now and it definitely does look like it was a big(ish) piece of zinc!

I remember my business studies teacher at school told us his mate used to send stuff back all the time and get free stuff. Stupid stuff like he got free packets of kitkats because one of the sticks was half a cm shorter than the other or got free Smarties because the ink had smudged on the packaging and made one of the ingredients unreadable. Just a stern letter complaining and he got loads of stuff apparently! I'm just too nice a person to do that though

Only time I ever wrote a stern letter was when I bought a t-shirt which was pretty expensive and after wearing it once with some normal Lynx deoderant it went pink under the arms (from originally being green). Tried to take it back and they said it's not their fault, it's the deodrant. I told them it was just normal Lynx i'd used 100x before and the t-shirt was only Cotton, nothing special but they still said no.

So i wrote to head office after ringing Citizens Advice and quoting some of the things they said. They sent me a letter back apologising and giving me a full refund

I found a glass shard in my jam some time ago, thankfully I wasn't eating it, I was spreading it on my toast. I didn't bother writing a letter, I just took it back to tesco and told them, CRAZY UMPFS!
    ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
