    Cancelling AOL.

    Ever had AOL? (I presume not) My Mom did. This is what happens when you try and cancel AOL.

    I had it ages ago at uni, but that was only because they were the only company who had free 0800 dial-up with no disconnects and you could dial from any phone number..

    I ditched it when I moved into a different house which had telewest cable, and I had it cancelled in about 5 minutes

    this is classic, i guess "john" at AOL gets a nice fat bonus if he keeps customers
