    Thumbs down PIXMANIA are useless...

Placed an order with pixmania.co.uk which was cancelled within 4hrs of placing it. The first problem was that i needed to post them some id before they sent the product out, even though i was paying with a card that has the same address as the postal address etc . thats why i cancelled in the first place anyway they said i would be refunded etc.etc.
they were withholding this money in my account. Now by the time the money was due to be stopped they took it out!!!! . I was furious as this was supposed to be a refund not a robbery !!!!
A few times a have logged into my account and found that my recently viewed items i have not been viewing and that i had stuff that i have not looked at in my basket !!!!!! amazing as no-one had used this computer etc so how come not only have i view items which havent been viewed but items also in my basket...Even when i phoned them they hadnt a clue why this was etc..........NEVER GONNA USE PIXMANIA AGAIN..

I ordered a DVD player what plays DivX files off Amazon for the in-laws: Pixmania fulfill these orders.

So the DVD player arrives with a European plug on it and no UK adaptor in sight (the small print of the order confirmation email - so only visible after you've placed an order - says that the plug may be european, but that a free UK adaptor will be included).

So I call pixmania, who tell me to call Amazon and get a reference which I did, called pixmania back, finally convinced to send me an adaptor. This was about two weeks ago, guess what I'm still waiting (I know I could have bought one by now, but it's the principle).

I'm too busy to call back and forth and arrange a return but I'll never ever ever ever ever ever buy anything from Pixmania ever again.

Oh sorry thought my cunning use of asterisks would be OK

Just stick a whole couple rows of asterisks in there if you like.
