i'd still cook it. Meat isn't meant to be bright red like supermarkets sell it.
er, if it's gone grey then don't eat it..

actually, is it grey or just darket brown and lost its luster?
when was the use by date on it?

Grey is ok, often its like that in the supermarket and is fine.
I'd say not eating grey food should be a general life rule really.

It's probably fine. I think it just happens when light has been shining on it, i.e. the top layer in the pallet, bet the bottom of the box (and the interior mince) is still red. I'd eat it anyway.

You can eat anything if you cook it long enough
though i still wouldn't go past the use by date. I overcook most meat anyway.. takes nicer![]()
