It looks like he's not a happy PayPal customer...

I couldn't decide whether the huge red text annoyed me more than their appalling English but it certainly doesn't look professional.

Personally I've used PayPal's online customer service only once and received prompt and excellent service.

    Any other opinions on PayPal?

LOL! He's in my neck of the woods somewhere too, however I can spell hole properly (or at least use it in its correct context!)

Never yet had any Paypal problems either... I say yet advisedly though!

What's the betting that this person's English is far superior to any other language you can speak cotswoldcs. Being annoyed by someone's English when they are almost certainly non native speakers of English, makes you come across as being pretty uneducated.

Quite possibly but the user name seems to have Pete in it!

I could make a generic comment about the standards of the English language in Herefordshire.. but I won't.. (mmphpointyheadsmphffph)

well at least paypal isn't as bad as NoChex which decides when your account with them is "dormant" and then closes it and charges you until all your money is gone, without even telling you
