    suspicious email warning

i got this today...and I am very suspicious.

since when did Microsoft go around emailing people...surely if there was a big problem it'd be anounced over the internet and spread via 'word of mouth'?...obviously some fool thinking we don't use anitvirus software!
it could also be the "Please do not reply to this message. It was sent from an unmonitored e-mail address and we are unable to respond to any replies." that gives it away, as well as the slightly fake microsoft sign.
people who do this deserve a pat on the back, with a white hot steel bar with big spikes and a kick in the nads.

I delete with the message with satisfaction...

I have had this e-mail about 82 times I believe. So yeah, safe to delete.

I think it is the one that spreads the other e-mails that look like either
    1) a Failed mail returned, but with an auto executing attachment
    2) Another copy of that
    3) A Plain text version of the above, but still tries to run itself

They are getting really annoying. I had over 500 into total when I just decided to not keep them anymore and bin the entire folder.

yeah, I caught numerous self executing files. computer hacker/geeks = self opinionated, spotty teenagers (probably adding to the national obesity average) who have very little in the way of a life worth mentioning and 'outside' is something big and scarey we must never think about for fear of being eaten...or burned by sunlight. thus they only go out at night for take-away pizza or mcdonalds.
